What natural and organic ingredients are in your products?
All the ingredients in our products are 100% natural, and we only use shea and cocoa butters that have been certified organic by the Soil Association UK.

How do I store and look after my products?
Keep the product in a cool, dark place and out of direct sunlight.
Do not get water in the product as this will reduce its shelf life.
What is the shelf life of the products?
As the products are oil based it can keep for up to 12 months, but it is recommended you use within six months.

How do you scent the products?
Our products are scented with organic essential oils used in low quantities so it is safe for your skin, therefore the scent may be more subtle.
If you have very sensitive skin, we advise you do a patch test before continuing with regular use.
What is your return policy?
As our products are handmade to order, all sales are final so we do not accept returns. If you have any problems with your order (e.g. damage) please get in touch via the contacts page and we will be happy to assist you. For more details please see our Store Policies
Do you ship internationally?
At the present time we only ship within the UK.
