RETURN POLICY

As our products are handmade to order, all sales are final so we do not accept returns. If you have any problems with your order (e.g. damage) please get in touch via the contacts page or at skincarebyflourish@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it, and we will be happy to assist you. Depending on the circumstances we may provide you with a replacement.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please ensure you double check your address before placing an order. We aim to dispatch items within 3-5 working days (For large orders 7- 10 days) of your order being placed, and we will notify you once your order is on the way. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and we provide both tracked and non-tracked options. Should an issue occur, please contact the shipping provider. 

At present we do not ship outside of the UK.
